Vehicle Pick-up Instructions
Shuttle Service Orlando International Airport (MCO). After arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and collecting your luggage, please follow these steps to reach the shuttle pickup point:
- Go to the Ground Transportation Level
(This is one floor below baggage claim.)
Then, proceed to the designated pickup location according to your terminal:
- Terminal A: Go to spaces A11 or A13
- Terminal B: Go to spaces B11 or B13
- Terminal C: Go to spaces C277 or C278
Once you’re at the correct pickup area, wait for the NEXTCAR shuttle.
It will take you to the rental location where you’ll receive your vehicle.
Our vans depart every 15 minutes.

Shuttle Service Miami International Airport (MIA). After arriving at Miami International Airport and collecting your luggage from the baggage claim area, please follow these steps:
- Go to the 3rd floor, following the signs for the MIA Mover
- Take the escalators to the MIA Mover station
- Board the MIA Mover train – it will take you to the Rental Car Center
- Once there, proceed to the outer platforms
A NEXTCAR shuttle bus will be available approximately every 15 minutes at platforms 1 or 2.

Drop off instructions
- Customers must return the rental vehicle at the location stipulated by the representative and the customer.
- Failed to comply might lead to extra charges on your rental.
- Drop-offs at different locations are available by request with an extra charge.

Driver requirements
- Minimum rental age is 21 years.
- A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
- Maximum rental age is 75 years.
- A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 69.
- A young driver surcharge of USD 20,00 per day will apply to drivers aged from 21 years to 25 years.
- A senior driver surcharge of USD 20,00 per day will apply to drivers aged from 69 years to 75 years.
- The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
- Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with an International Driving Permit (IDP).
- Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
- In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, and a booking voucher.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance Coverage:

Insurance and Coverage
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
This coverage exempts the renter from financial liability for damage to the rented vehicle in the event of an accident or collision, but does not waive the deductible. This means that the renter may still be liable for a portion of the amount (the deductible), depending on the terms of the contract.
What does CDW not cover?
- Gross Negligence: For example, if you leave the vehicle unattended in a hazardous area or disregard traffic rules.
- Intentional Damage: If you deliberately cause damage to the vehicle.
- Violation of the Rental Agreement: If you do not follow the terms of the rental agreement (for example, driving under the influence of alcohol or without a proper license).

(TP) Theft Protection
“TP” stands for “Theft Protection” or “Protection against Theft.” If the rental car is stolen, Theft Protection will cover the cost of replacing it (or parts of it). Normally, however, the renter will have to pay a deductible for these costs.
(This insurance does not include towing service and does not cover loss of keys, tires, wheels, interior damage, glass, or natural disasters.)
What it covers:
TP (Theft Protection) coverage covers the replacement of the rented vehicle in case of theft.
Deductible:
There is usually a deductible, meaning the driver will have to pay a portion of the cost of repairing or replacing the vehicle.
Contract conditions:
TP coverage is only valid if the driver complies with the terms of the rental agreement, such as not leaving the car unlocked or with the keys in the ignition.
Liability:
If the driver does not comply with the terms of the contract and the car is stolen, they may be held liable for the total cost of repair or replacement, not just the deductible.
Rental company:
The specifics of TP coverage depend on the car rental company and the location where the rental is made.
WAVE Complementary Insurance
This product is not vehicle coverage and applies in cases where the client does not have third-party liability coverage or when the required liability coverage is less than that required in the company’s terms and conditions (minimum limit of US$500,000).
Notes:
1. A Police Report is mandatory in case of accident, damage or theft. Without the report, the insurance will be invalidated. The customer must immediately inform the reception about the incident.
2. The renter must present the keys and vehicle documents to be entitled to coverage. Otherwise, the insurance will be invalidated and the renter will be responsible for the total value of the loss resulting from the loss of the vehicle. In case of damage to the vehicle due to theft, the insurance does not cover the renter.
3. Damage caused by driver negligence or while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other controlled substances is not covered by the insurance.
Geographical Restrictions
Our vehicles cannot be driven outside the State of Florida. Any renter who fails to comply with these conditions (unless authorized) will be subject to a fine of $2,000.00, plus a mileage fee of $0.90 per mile.
Security Deposit Policy
A security deposit between US$200 and US$10,000 will be held on the customer’s credit card. This amount may be reduced depending on the insurance policy. The deposit must be paid ONLY by CREDIT CARD. The amount will be refunded within 30 to 45 business days, depending on your bank, after the vehicle is delivered. returned.
Mileage Policy
Florida residents:
- Limited Mileage – 50 miles per day and 1500 miles per month.
- For excess miles an additional charge of USD 0.99 per mile will apply.
Non-florida residents
- Unlimited miles only florida
Out of hours fee
Normal business hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Customers arriving before 7:00 AM or after 10:00 PM will not be able to return their vehicles, and if they perform any other procedure improperly, they will be charged a $300 fee for recklessness.
Tolls services
E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
- An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
- E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 14.99 USD per day.(plus tolls)
- Prepaid tolls are available for 19.99 USD per day.
- If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 25 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.
- If the customer removes the Toll pass / E-toll device from the car, an additional penalty of 250 USD will apply.
Fuel policy
If the fuel was not prepaid at the moment of your rental, the vehicle needs to be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was given. If the car is dropped off with less gas we will charge an administrative fee of $25 plus $10.00 per gallon.
Payment methods
Credit Card is accepted for rental and security deposit. Debit Card and cash are accepted only for rental payment, not the security deposit. Only credit cards with main drivers’ full name written on them are accepted.
Not accepted for Security Deposit:
- Someone else’s card (including family members)
- Any virtual payment (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc..)
- Any debit card
- Any Revolut Card
- Cash
Optional extras and services
Additional Drivers
Adding additional drivers is allowed. There is an additional charge for each driver. Must have a valid drivers license, must be at least 21 years old up to 75 years old.

Cancellations Policy
Reasons for cancellation include: false identity, no insurance, no credit card in the driver’s name, missing documents, being late for more than 29 minutes, and no-shows.
One Way/Drop-off Policy
One way fees cannot be cancelled after picking up the car all instructions will be given to the customer at the time of pick up.
Taxes and Additional Charges
Every rental will be charged with federal tax, state tax and airport fees.
Road Assistance
All assistance needed customer must call to the office to request it.
Accidents & Incidents
In case of accident after calling 911 customer must call the office to get assistance, assistance may very depending the type of the accident and and the type of insurance they selected, if the assistance given to the client is not included in the coverage selected at the counter extra charges may apply at the time of return. As soon as the customer comes back with their rental we will do an inspection to the vehicle and a damage report to determine if customer has an amount due with us or provide them with the documentation needed to file a claim to their insurance provider.
General Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the daily rate will be refunded.
- From 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the daily rate will be refunded with a credit for a future date.
- After 15 days prior to arrival, no reservations will be refunded.
- Promotional reservations are non-refundable.
- NO REFUND POLICY AND NO REFUND ON EARLY RETURNS.
- RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH OTHER PORTALS AND TRAVEL AGENCIES
(Decolar, Despegar, Rentalcars, Rentcars, Booking, etc…) Compliance with the terms of this contract and the information provided by the websites or agency through which the vehicle rental was contracted is mandatory. Regarding SECURITY DEPOSIT, extra insurance, activation of toll devices and others, the same applies as detailed in the vouchers issued. Contrary procedures or changes to the vouchers will not be permitted. Security deposits made under the MINIMUM COVERAGE ALLOWED FOR TRANSIT will be retained in full in the event of an accident or damage, regardless of the amount of the damage. - CHARGES AND COSTS.
You will pay us at or before the conclusion of this rental, or on demand, all charges due to us under this Agreement, including the charges and fees shown in the Rental Agreement and: (A) a mileage charge based on our experience if the odometer is tampered with; (B) any taxes, surcharges or other government-imposed fees that apply to the transaction; (C) all expenses incurred in locating and recovering the Vehicle. If you fail to return the Vehicle, return it to a location or office other than the location or office identified by us, or if we elect to repossess the Vehicle under this Agreement; (D) all costs, including pre- and post-judgment attorneys’ fees, incurred in collecting payment from you or otherwise enforcing or defending our rights under this Agreement; (E) a reasonable fee, not exceeding US$250, for cleaning the Vehicle if it is returned substantially less clean than when rented, and if there is evidence of smoking or e-cigarette use in our Vehicle, a fee of not less than US$450 will be applied; (F) A reasonable fee not to exceed $250 for lost keys, tags and/or vehicle documents may be charged without prior notice. (G) A reasonable fee not to exceed $250 will be charged if you transport luggage on the vehicle seat or animals in the vehicle (dogs, cats, etc.), except for support and service animals. (H) towing, impound, storage, forfeiture fees, court costs, penalties and all other costs incurred resulting from the use of the Vehicle during this rental. Special rental rates, vehicle category upgrades or any equipment or service provided to you free of charge apply only to the initially agreed upon rental period: If you return the Vehicle after the Due Date, you may be charged the standard rate for each day (or partial day) after the Due Date, which may be substantially higher than the rates for the initially agreed upon rental period. You may also be charged the standard rates for each day (or partial day) after the Due Date for any equipment or service provided to you free of charge for the initially agreed upon rental period. You will not receive a refund of prepaid amounts if you return the Vehicle before the Delivery Date. All charges are subject to a final audit. If errors are found, you authorize us to correct the charges with your payment card issuer. (I) A fee not exceeding 30% of the total contract value may be charged if the contract is canceled due to delay (29-minute tolerance). After 29 minutes of delay, a NO SHOW will be applied and no amount paid will be refunded. (J) You are responsible for paying a minimum of $500.00 per item in case of damage caused to the vehicle up to the deductible limit (except in the case of purchasing insurance without a deductible). LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES; POLICE REPORTING; FEES; LIABILITY FOR OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT.
You are responsible for all damage, loss, or theft of the Vehicle, including damage caused by collision, weather conditions, road conditions, and natural phenomena, even if you are not at fault.You are responsible for the cost of repair or the market value of the Vehicle on the date of the accident if the vehicle is not repairable or if we choose not to repair it. You are also responsible for the Loss of Use of the Vehicle for not more than 60 days (regardless of fleet usage), Depreciation, and our administrative expenses incurred in processing a claim (not less than US$800.00).
By signing this contract, you agree that the rental agreement will be automatically canceled in the event of an accident or damage caused by vandalism or natural phenomena, and the renter must return the car immediately. You must inform us of all accidents, thefts, and acts of vandalism, as well as the police, as soon as you discover them.
By signing this contract, you are responsible for direct payment to the responsible authorities for all parking fines, tolls, toll evasion fines, and other fees, fines, and penalties applied to you, us, or the vehicle during this rental period. If you fail to pay any of these fees and we pay part of them, you will fully reimburse us and, in addition, pay us an administrative fee of up to US$50.00 per fine and an administrative fee of US$25.00 per toll if you do not contract toll services.
Optional Equipment.
Upon request and availability, we offer some Optional Equipment, including, but not limited to, child seats and global positioning devices (GPS), for your use during the rental, for an additional fee. All Optional Equipment is rented AS IS and must be returned at the end of the rental period in the same condition as when rented. Optional Equipment is not part of the vehicle. You are responsible for any loss or damage to any Optional Equipment, regardless of the cause, even if you have purchased Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
You must review the operating instructions for all Optional Equipment before leaving the rental location. If you rent a Child Seat from us, it is your sole responsibility to inspect and install the child seat yourself. We offer no warranties, express, implied or apparent, regarding the Child Seat or any other Optional Equipment, no warranty of merchantability, and no guarantee that the Child Seat or any other Optional Equipment is fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for any injuries or damages arising from or related to your use of the Child Seat or any other Optional Equipment. If you choose to rent a Global Positioning System (GPS) from us, you are responsible for returning it in the same condition in which it was rented, with all accessories provided, including the carrying case, vehicle charger, windshield mount, and, in states where provided, the console cushion mount (GPS Accessories). If the GPS or GPS accessories are lost or damaged to the point that, in our sole opinion, they require repair or replacement, you will pay us the fair market value for the repair or replacement.
